BBC1 — Bhuna Bricks Company — operates from Bhuna, District Fatehabad, Haryana, at the heart of one of India's most productive brick belt regions. We run an HSPCB-approved Zigzag kiln that processes locally sourced alluvial clay into consistently high-strength wire-cut bricks.
The Zigzag firing method produces uniform heat distribution across the entire brick load — resulting in consistent compressive strength, lower efflorescence, and reduced coal consumption compared to traditional Fixed Chimney kilns.
All structural bricks are tested against IS 1077:1992. Lab reports are available on request for engineers, government procurement officers, and site supervisors who require formal documentation.
