BBC1 manufactures three products — all coal-fired in our HSPCB-certified Zigzag kiln, IS 1077-tested, and available in minimum truck loads of 10,000 pieces. Every batch is wire-cut to dimension and hand-checked before dispatch.

The workhorse of structural construction

Dabbi (Frog) Wire-Cut Brick

BBC1's Dabbi brick is the standard wire-cut fired brick used for load-bearing walls, residential houses, commercial buildings and factories across Haryana, Rajasthan and Punjab. Coal-fired in our Zigzag kiln for maximum compressive strength and the crisp red colour that under-fired bricks never achieve.

Lighter walls, faster builds

3-Hole Grill Brick

The 3-hole grill brick is BBC1's hollow wire-cut option — 28% lighter than the Dabbi, it cuts wall load and speeds up construction without sacrificing structural integrity. Ideal for partition walls, commercial interiors and projects where every kilogram of dead load counts.

Traditional fired clay for roofing and flooring

Clay Tile

BBC1 clay tiles are manufactured in the same Zigzag kiln as our bricks — coal-fired for durability and the warm terracotta tone that defines traditional Haryanvi architecture. Used for roofing, flooring, decorative cladding and courtyard paving. Available in bulk truck loads.
